Our community is focused on maintaining its beauty and small town culture, therefore research must be completed before land can be approved for development. Zoning requirements and bylaws should be consulted before proposals are submitted. Also please review the two sources of land available - District and Crown Land.

 

If you are interested in developing land, please submit a draft to the Community Development Officer that includes a written description and an accompanying map. The draft should include what your intent for the land is, the timelines involved, the amount of land and the services you will require from the community.
